World Usability Day… my two cents
It seems I wrote this post several days ago and I didn’t press the “Publish” button. My bad.
Back in 2005 when I first heard about the World Usability Day initiative was founded by the Usability Professionals Association I started thinking how this tiny little group of people who are interested in more than making websites are building a bigger ‘fan base’ each year. It’s been 4 years since the first event, and I must say I’m very happy about the way it’s been accepted.
Each year, on the second Thursday of November, Usability practitioners are creating events and/or something special for this day (meetings, seminars, etc.).
I didn’t have much time available, so my two little cents are Twitter Live Pages … useful for learning new things, contacting new people, reading the latest article published on UX magazines, and even finding jobs. Who knows.
